Finally he will show us some pictures of the heart of the land, which he's flown across on multiple occasion with his friend and renowned photographer, RAX, who is also a pilot.

Life on the top floor
FÍA's Educational and Training Fund is hosting a lunch-meeting on pension issues, Tuesday 4. February, between 12.00-14.00. The meeting will be in Icelandic, held at FÍA's offices in Hlíðasmári.
For most people, the retirement years are about a quarter of your adult years, even more for some. How much can you expect to receive as a pension when you retire? What can you do to increase that amount? And what should you do when you start receiving that pension?
In the meeting, Gunnar Baldvinsson, general manager of Almenni lífeyrissjóðurinn, will discuss personal finances and pension savings. The lecture is in part based on his book, Life on the top floor (is. Lífið á efstu hæð), which points to several items you should keep in mind when you're preparing your finances at the end of your working career.
